Haidar Abdali is a HCPC Registered Prosthetist with over 14 years’ experience within NHS, Military and Private clinics in and around London.
Due to his exposure to some of the UK's most renowned clinics, he brings with him his passion to provide the latest technology and experience with innovation within the prosthetics industry. His experience covers a wide range of aspects including complex trauma, multiple amputations, upper extremity, osseointegration, congenital limb deficiencies and rare site amputations.
Haidar’s interest has always been centred around patient goals and how best to achieve them. He finds this aspect of the job the most rewarding regardless of how big or small those goals may seem. His focus is to always help patients gain the very best comfort, independence and achievements from their rehab.
His experience at reputed centres in and around London gives him a broader understanding of the multidisciplinary team and how each discipline can help improve the patient’s outcomes.
He has over 10 years teaching experience, to students at both Roehampton and Stanmore prosthetic centres, including 2 years as a University examiner for final year students. Currently he is completing a part-time Masters in Prosthetic Rehabilitation at Southampton University to further his knowledge in amputee care.
