In December 2017 I was runover by a drunk driver, which resulted in me having a below knee amputation. At that point my life was turned upside down. Prior to the accident I was quite an active person going to the gym, playing football and running regularly. 
 
I had gone to see a few companies before I met the team at The London Prosthetic Centre.
As soon as I arrived I was immediately made comfortable. It had a real family vibe to it. Working with Abdo has been an amazing experience - he is a perfectionist. With the help of The London Prosthetic Centre I have managed to walk, run and walk into the ocean again. It’s still quite early for me but the team has filled me with confidence that we can find different ways/legs to achieve goals. 
 
I’d like to thank everyone at The London Prosthetic Centre who give me the belief, strength and most importantly the legs to carry on.
